☘️ करे योग रहे निरोग : उत्तान पादासन : पेट और जंघाओं का श्रेष्ठ योग जानिये इसके और लाभ और योग विधि

उत्तान का अर्थ है ऊपर उठा हुआ और पाद का अर्थ है पांव। इस आसन में पीठ के बल लेटकर पांव ऊपर उठाए जाते हैं, इसीलिए इसे यह नाम दिया गया है। उत्तानपादासन योग एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण योगाभ्यास है। उत्तानपादासन पेट की चर्बी को कम करने और पेट को अंदर करने में अहम भूमिका निभाता है। यह आसन इतना पावरफुल है कि इसके नियमित अभ्यास करने से शरीर में एब्स (abs) बनने लगते हैं। इसको Raised Feet yoga भी कहा जाता है।


*उत्तानपादासन के लाभ*
